My boys began going to Spark about a month ago. It’s been the only after school activity they are self-motivated to continue practicing at home (and they have both tried baseball, football, basketball, soccer, etc!). In just one month, I’ve heard more yes ma’am’s and no ma’am’s at home because of the respect taught at Spark and I’ve seen a genuine interest from the boys to do more to help me around the house. The self-discipline, respect, and confidence Mr. Brown breeds through his instruction at Spark is amazing! My husband and I are soooo happy we heard about it and signed our boys up!
Mr. Brown and his family are truly amazing! This martial arts program has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. He’s been attending for about three years, and the growth we’ve seen in his abilities, kindness, strength, and confidence has been incredible.
What sets this program apart is the personal attention and supportive environment. It’s not just about learning martial arts—it’s about building character and confidence in a positive, encouraging space.
I can’t say enough great things about what Mr. Brown has created. Our son is now a black belt, and we’re excited to see him continue to thrive and grow through the program as he moves through middle school and into high school. Highly recommend to any family looking for a meaningful and impactful martial arts experience!
In the short time my son has been in Mr. Brown’s class his confidence has grown tremendously. He has had a rough year being bullied at school. He’s come home with black eyes etc… and last week he finally had enough confidence to stand up for himself! I asked him if his classes here helped him feel stronger and he said a big, yes! I’m looking forward to watching him grown further here!

The Browns are amazing! This place is so nice, you can’t beat the wonderful vibes you have when you walk in. The pricing is very reasonable also and the location is perfect for anyone in the Oconee area.
My daughter has attended classes at Spark MA since 2019 and we report only wonderful experiences. She is now a black belt and continues with classes! Mr. & Mrs. Brown are wonderful to work with. We feel that they and other families of the dojo are just that – family!
